Robert Wharton, Partner
Mr. Wharton has represented the families of injured and deceased elderly patients that were negligently treated in nursing homes, hospitals, and assisted living facilities. His cases have involved: bedsores, dehydration, malnutrition, sexual abuse and rape, neglect, infection, sepsis, nursing home equipment failure cases, among other serious injury and nursing home wrongful death cases.
When not traveling across the country representing clients, Robert spends time with his wife Amanda, who works as an assistant district attorney, and their dog. Robert and Amanda are active supporters of the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure.
License & Education: Robert Wharton received his undergraduate degree from Florida State University. He obtained his law degree from the Baylor University School of Law. Mr. Wharton is licensed by the Texas State Bar.
